We've helped a transport customer save over £2.5m per year by implementing lean systems principles across a range of frontline facilities management services.Working with a prestigious hotel, we achieved a five-star housekeeping service. In 2010, these eorts were recognised with the accolade 'AA London Hotel of the Year'.We have saved a leading shopping centre more than £100,000 a year in waste disposal costs by recycling over 55% of all rubbish through our own onsite recycling facility.Thinking leanInitial invests in lean processes designed to maximise value.
